Intelway Logistics: a four-language website for a logistics company

INTELWAY LOGISTICS is a freight transport and forwarding company with the slogan “we forward future”. Its clients are spread across different countries, so the website works in English, Latvian, Russian and German. This is one of our first projects, and we built the website ourselves.

The challenge

The client came to us with basic company information, but no copy and no visual materials. From the very first moment, the website had to present Intelway as a serious partner. Four languages couldn’t mean four separate websites to maintain. The website had to be secure and fast, and the contact forms had to work at all times. We took a ready-made template as the foundation and added our own integrations to it.

What we built

• A video for the homepage. We filmed the video that opens the website. Visitors see the company in action right away.
• Copy built from the client’s basics. We turned the client’s basic information into texts and organized the services into a clear structure.
• A four-language website with machine translation. The system translates the texts automatically, including page addresses, and the most important texts can be rewritten by hand.
• Contact forms with PDF copies and a floating contact button available from any page.
• A full security audit and cleanup. We checked and cleaned the website and the server environment, changed the access credentials and enabled two-factor authentication for all users.
• A branded login page in Intelway colors. This solution later became the basis for the EvoEX Shield login page for all our clients.
• SEO cleanup. Unnecessary URLs that search engines kept checking now respond with “gone”, and Google forgets them faster.
• EvoEX Shield protection. The scanner guard recognizes and blocks attackers’ scanners before they can find weak spots, and we spot vulnerabilities in time, before anyone exploits them.

The result

• One website in four languages, maintained as one.
• Search engines don’t waste time on unnecessary URLs and see only the real content.
• A clean, secure website that new clients trust from their very first visit.
• The system blocks attacks automatically, and CyberEX monitors the website continuously.

What’s next

We’ve grown since Intelway, and we want to give our first clients what we’re capable of today. That’s why we often gift them a modernization. Soon the Intelway website will receive a new version.
