EvoEX is a fully remote team. We build websites, online stores and AI integrations for clients across the Baltics. We have no office, no dress code and no meetings about meetings. We have real projects and people who get them done. We’re looking for WordPress and Next.js developers, designers, project managers and sales people.

02 HOW WE WORK
Remote, but never distant from each other
Wherever possible, we work asynchronously. We hop on a call only when it’s truly needed. Every project has clear deadlines, clear ownership and clear communication. We use modern tools day to day, and we manage projects in a client portal we built ourselves. AI is an everyday tool for us: it takes care of the routine, leaving more time for the interesting stuff.

04 WORKING FORMAT
How we structure our collaboration
We work openly and legally. We explain the legal side of our collaboration right from the start, so there are no surprises later on.
01 B2B COLLABORATION
(primary format)
We mostly work with specialists who operate as self-employed individuals, micro-enterprises, limited liability companies or general partnerships. You invoice us for the work completed, and we pay it. Simple and transparent. If you are a private individual and don’t use any of these forms yet, we recommend registering your activity. Invoices are easy to create and send with abill.io.
02 AUTHOR’S REMUNERATION AGREEMENT
(for specific tasks)
For clearly defined tasks, we can enter into an author’s remuneration agreement. In that case, we act as the income payer, withhold taxes at the rate set by law (currently 25%) and pay you the remaining 75% of the amount. We’ll discuss which format suits you best in our first conversation.

05 APPLICATION
WordPress developer, designer or salesperson? Write to us
We’re looking for people in development (WordPress, Next.js), UX/UI design, project management and sales. We also welcome interns and juniors who want to start with real projects. The best people don’t always fit into ready-made boxes. If you can contribute to EvoEX in another area, write to us anyway. Send your CV or portfolio and a few sentences about what you’d like to do. We read everything. Honestly.

A small, realistic task that fits the role. No 40-hour “test projects” done for free.

Offer
If both sides say yes, we agree on the terms and get started. We reply within a week. You won’t be left waiting in silence for a month.
