From September 22 to 24, our team traveled to Warsaw to attend Warsaw Tech Week, a major technology exhibition at the Ptak Warsaw Expo center. This year's event brought together four specialized expos under one roof: Cyber Security Expo, World of AI & Big Data Expo, Data Center Expo Poland, and HR Tech World.
We had a clear objective: to explore the latest trends in artificial intelligence, big data, and cybersecurity, and to identify companies with whom we could build meaningful partnerships.
Over three days, the exhibition's visitors had access to dozens of conferences and lectures, ranging from the AI & Big Data Conference in collaboration with the Łukasiewicz Research Network to the Cybersecurity Congress and the "Cyberbezpieczeństwo 360°" conference.
The program also featured presentations by industry experts and company representatives on topics such as AI implementation in business, quantum computing, and digital resilience.
For us, this was an excellent opportunity to gain, in a short time, a comprehensive overview of where the Central European AI and cybersecurity market currently stands, and to see how it aligns with what we're seeing in the Baltics.
We went to the exhibition with a specific focus: AI & Big Data and Cybersecurity. In the AI & Big Data section, we found both large enterprises and niche companies with solutions in data analytics, automation, and AI implementation in business.
In the Cybersecurity section, we had the opportunity to explore solutions in areas such as security operations centers, privileged access management, backup and recovery systems, as well as OSINT and threat intelligence tools. We were particularly impressed by companies such as GALACH CONSULTING, FUDO SECURITY, CYNET, AROG AI, and CREATIO EUROPE, as well as several data center infrastructure solution providers.
These are precisely the kinds of solutions that could well complement what we already offer to our clients, so we spent considerable time at their booths, asking detailed technical questions and exploring possible partnership formats.
Our goal was not merely to familiarize ourselves with technologies. We wanted to build direct dialogue with companies, understand how their solutions look in practice, and evaluate which ones we could adapt or implement in the Latvian market.
We were also looking for partners who could help us expand what we currently offer to our clients here in Latvia. Events of this kind are valuable to us precisely because in a short time and in one location, we can meet dozens of potential partners—something that would otherwise require separate visits to multiple countries—and compare several solutions side by side rather than in isolation.
We will now carefully evaluate the contacts and proposals we gathered at the exhibition to understand which conversations are worth pursuing further: either as partnerships or as implementations of specific solutions in the Latvian market. Warsaw Tech Week once again confirmed that the AI, Big Data, and Cybersecurity sectors in Central Europe are growing rapidly, and we will continue to follow these trends, seeking ways to bring the latest solutions to our clients in the Baltics.
