Remote, but not distant from each other
We work asynchronously wherever possible and hop on a call only when it's genuinely needed. Every project has clear deadlines, clear ownership and clear communication. We use modern tools for day-to-day work and our own client portal for project management. And yes, AI isn't something we fear, it's an everyday tool that saves time on the routine so there's more of it left for the interesting stuff.

How we set up the working relationship
We work openly and by the book, so we tell you up front what the legal side of collaboration looks like, no surprises later for anyone.

We work mainly with specialists operating as self-employed / sole traders, micro-enterprise LLCs, LLCs or partnerships. You invoice us for the work done, we pay it, simple and transparent. If you're currently a private individual and don't yet use any of these forms, we encourage you to register your activity. For issuing and submitting invoices you can conveniently use abill.io.
(for certain work)
For specific, clearly defined pieces of work there's the option of an author-royalty agreement. In that case, as the payer of the income we withhold taxes at the rate set by law (currently 25%) and pay you the remaining 75% of the amount. Which format suits your situation is something we'll talk through in the first conversation.

Where can you make an impact?
We're interested in people in development (WordPress, Next.js), UX/UI design, project management and sales, as well as interns and juniors who want to start with real projects. But the best people don't always fit into ready-made boxes, if you reckon you could add value at EvoEX in another area, get in touch anyway.
